Dear Customer,
Following the evolution of the situation due to the variant and for the safety of all, we inform you that we have strengthened our health safety protocols as follows:

From 09/08/21, access to breakfast room will only be allowed for people with a health pass:
-Vaccination certificate (issued after the 2nd injection of vaccine)
-Negative PCR or antigenic test less than 48 hours old
-certificate of recovery from Covid-19 infection
On your arrival we will ask you for a proof of less than 24 hours after checking, we will give you a coupon that will allow you to access the breakfast room You will also find QR codes to be flashed in the hotel to keep you informed if you are in the presence of a client who will be positive a few days later. If you do not have a health pass or PCR test, breakfast, if desired, will be served in your room.
Need to be tested? For your Covid tests, the closest laboratory to our establishment is SYNLAB 2 rue Blanqui, 33300 Bordeaux (results within 24/48 hours).

DURING YOUR STAY
We inform you that the lay-up service will be done only once during your stay, for stays from 4 nights. Below 4 nights, we will suspend the bedding service until further notice. Consequently, our teams will no longer enter your room as long as it is occupied by you. We nevertheless wish to maintain our quality of service and to be at your disposal if necessary, on request from our reception team if you want additional products, towels or any other equipment necessary for the smooth running of your trip. stay.

BREAKFAST & ROOM SERVICE
We inform you that our buffet has reopened. A time slot can be reserved at reception the day before for the next morning. Possibility of having breakfast and meals on a tray to be consumed in the room.
However, as of this day and until further notice our teams will no longer place the tray on the table. This will be presented to you and delivered to your room.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM
For any technical problem during your stay, your room must be ventilated for at least 30 minutes before. After the technician has passed the housekeeping staff will install our Purehome * or Biozone * machine for 30 minutes in order to re-sanitize and disinfect your room for safety precaution.

Our relaxation & Fitness area is open again subject to some restrictions:

YOUR DEPARTURE
Aeration of 30 minutes eliminates 95% of a virus potentially present in a closed space. We kindly ask you to open your room when you leave.
